CFO

US

Our company has a HQ in the US and branch offices in Poland and Europe. We have employees in those locations plus a network of individual contractors. Our expense structure is complex with location specific and company wide expenses in multiple currencies. We’re looking for a fractional CFO who will create an accurate multi-location expenses model and will help company management make informed investment decisions.

Must Have:

  • Fluent English
  • Hight Seniority Level
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in document management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to understand and verify compliance with financial requirements
  • Ability to built, optimize and maintain processes in document management
  • Experience in working in international companies, preferably with HQ in US
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document management or a similar role
  • Good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for document handling

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in IT industry
  • Exposure to US accounting
