CFO
US
Our company has a HQ in the US and branch offices in Poland and Europe. We have employees in those locations plus a network of individual contractors. Our expense structure is complex with location specific and company wide expenses in multiple currencies. We’re looking for a fractional CFO who will create an accurate multi-location expenses model and will help company management make informed investment decisions.
Must Have:
- Fluent English
- Hight Seniority Level
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in document management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to understand and verify compliance with financial requirements
- Ability to built, optimize and maintain processes in document management
- Experience in working in international companies, preferably with HQ in US
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document management or a similar role
- Good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for document handling
Nice to Have:
- Experience in IT industry
- Exposure to US accounting
Responsibilities:
- Transaction approval
