ML Engineer

We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI/ML Engineer specializing in agentic technologies and private large language models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing intelligent systems that enhance user interactions and improve operational efficiency. You will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions, focusing on privacy and security in AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and Fine-Tune LLMs: Lead the training and optimization of private large language models, including LLaMA, ensuring they meet the specific needs of various business scenarios while adhering to privacy standards.
• Document Processing Solutions: Create and refine systems for PDF recognition and data extraction, utilizing OCR and NLP techniques to transform unstructured data into actionable insights.
• Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in compliance with industry regulations, particularly in sensitive sectors such as healthcare and finance.
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize reinforcement learning and feedback mechanisms to enhance the performance and adaptability of conversational agents and other AI-driven applications.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• Proven experience in developing agentic technologies and private LLMs.
• Demonstrated expertise in training and deploying AI models, with a focus on privacy-preserving techniques such as differential privacy and federated learning.
• Strong background in document processing, particularly involving OCR and NLP for PDF recognition.
• Proficient in Python and experienced with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with data processing tools and libraries, including Hugging Face Transformers, OpenCV, and spaCy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen interest in tackling real-world challenges using AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying AI solutions in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for model deployment and scaling.
• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI/ML.
